About Dr. Nicole (Kulikov) Hagobian

Dr. Nicole (Kulikov) Hagobian holds a Ph.D. in Sport & Exercise Science with an emphasis in Social Psychology of Sport and Physical Activity and a minor in Statistics and Research Methods from the University of Northern Colorado. Dr. Hagobian has taught higher education for over 20 years, coached teams from the youth through community college levels and consulted with athletes and teams at all levels, accumulating over 500 hours of consulting experience. As a lifelong athlete, Dr. Hagobian lives the principles that she helps others understand and apply. A former Division I scholarship athlete in cross-country and track, Dr. Hagobian went on to qualify for and compete in the Olympic Trials in the marathon in 2004, 2008 and 2012. Today, Dr. Hagobian continues to challenge herself athletically and competes for the Hoka Aggies racing team. Dr. Hagobian is passionate about helping others discover their own path to success through experiencing a journey they create and control. Her objective is to empower others through self-reflection and the development of realistic, applicable strategies to optimize their potential.
